A rare exhibition of original writings honoring the release of Jim Avett’s highly anticipated new album,”For His Children and Ours.”
On behalf of the Sarah West Gallery of Fine Art, I’m honored to present the first exhibition of its kind, celebrating Jim Avett and his masterful gift of storytelling through song. Visit the Sarah West Gallery of Fine Art in May 2017 for this premiere glimpse into the life and work of Jim Avett through his music’s pen.
This debut exhibition is made possible through the contributions of original penned lyrics and writings from the archives of Jim Avett, along with the curatorial efforts of Sarah West.
In honor of the event, the Sarah West Gallery of Fine Art will release a limited selection of archival prints featuring “Jim Avett” by Sarah West. All fine art prints are signed and include archival sleeve, along with certifucate of authenticity. Print price- $65. Orders place by May 3rd will be available at the gallery on May 12th. Jim will be available for print signing and personalizing prior to An Evening with Jim Avett. Orders may be placed by phone via 334-480-2008.
