Vesper | opening exhibition will host debut exhibit for the recent installment within the “Civility series,” an ongoing collection of narrative paintings by Alabama artist, Sarah West. This debut exhibition serves as an endorsed ALABAMA 200 event, “commemorating stories of our people, places and path to statehood.”

Sarah West is a resident of Smiths Station Alabama, owner of the Sarah West Gallery of Fine Art, A Center for Cultural Arts which serves as a cultural arts advocate for Art in Schools, Continued Fine Art Education, Historic Preservation and a cultural arts destination for the rural city of Smiths Station, neighboring communities, state and region. Her studio is located in the heart of Smiths Station, where she mentors students who study in her atelier.
